Procedure :
1. Please complete and submit the online form below.
2. We shall respond usually within 24 hours (often sooner) by sending a Booking Confirmation Form (by e-mail attachment, or by surface mail if you prefer), which will request the payment of the Deposit (equal to one third of the Rent) within 14 days.
If we have not responded within 48 hours, the online booking process may have failed - please telephone us on 01854 613454 to make your booking.
3. The Deposit may be paid by cheque, or by direct bank transfer.
4. Upon bank clearance of the Deposit a contract will exist between us, on the basis set out in our Terms & Conditions.
